Users can manage their client account information under Account > Account Details.
- Name - First and last name of the client OR if an organization, the primary individual in charge of the account
- Address Fields - Where the client can be reached via postal mail
- Company Name - Optional for designating the client as an organization
- Email address - Where the client can be reached via email
- Payment Method - Designation for the preferred form of payment (ACH Bank Transfer and Mail-In Payment become available in certain circumstances)
- Phone Number - Where the client can be reached via phone
It is the responsibility of the user owning the client account to ensure that the information provided is accurate.
Email Preferences
The client account can opt-out of receiving certain emails at the address specified in the email field detailed above. However, doing so may cause important information from being communicated. By opting out of any email type, the client understands that it is their responsibility to frequently access the client area to stay informed.
