A user designated as the client account "owner" or a user with full permissions can manage who has access to the client account under Account > User Management.
Invite New User
When inviting a new user, different permissions can be granted to control their access within the client area. Alternatively, full access can be given. After the invitation has been sent, the invitee will receive an email with a link to accept access to the client account. They must accept the invitation within seven days of it being sent.
Pending Invites
After an invitation has been sent, but not yet accepted by the invitee, a section titled "Pending Invites" will become visible under User Management. The invitation can be resent or canceled from this section.
Managing Existing User Permissions and Removing Access
Existing user permissions can be changed or access can be completely revoked. User's access can be changed by selecting the "Manage Permissions" button next to the desired user. Access can be revoked by selecting the "Remove Access" button next to the desired user.
