Contacts are individuals listed to receive correspondence addressed to the client. Users with permissions to view and manage contacts can add and edit a client accounts contacts under Account > Contacts.
Contacts have all of the same available contact fields and email preferences as the client account. By default, a contact matching the client details is created at registration. T
The default billing contact can be changed under Account > Account Details.
Adding a Contact
New contacts can be created by selecting "Add New Contact" from the "Choose Contact" dropdown. All fields are required.
Deleting a Contact
Contacts can be deleted by selecting the desired contact from the "Choose Contact" dropdown and choosing "Delete Contact" at the bottom of the page.
