Overview

The client area overview page provides brief details about the client's services, domains, support tickets, and invoices.  Additionally, it acts as a starting point to access other client area resources

Users can quickly access the following:

  • Your Active Products/Services - Quickly access relevant services, and additionally login to cPanel with one click
  • Register a New Domain - Check the availability of a domain or transfer in an existing domain
  • Recent Support Tickets - Past or current tickets opened via the client area or by emailing our team

Additionally, the following sections are shown when relevant to the user

  • Affiliate Program - Monetary balance earned through referrals
  • Projects - Custom development projects and their status(es)
  • Recent News - Information, updates, and posts made by the team
