Clients can use domain names registered through our platform or third-party registrars with our hosting services.
Nameservers
No matter where your domain is registered, it must be pointing to the following nameservers to utilize our DNS.
ns1.maxvogel.io
ns2.maxvogel.io
If a domain is registered through our platform, its nameservers can be managed under Domains > My Domains.
Service IP Addresses
Our platform utilizes various IP addresses to route client services. By default, our services are located at the following addresses:
Websites and related services: 54.81.70.95
Email services: 54.205.189.184
External DNS providers can be used by pointing the service domain name to the service IP address, using an A record. Please note that other IP addresses are used within our infrastructure.
